According to Business Dictionary Human Resource management is conducting job analysis, planning personnel needs, recruiting the right people for the job, orienting and training, managing wages and salaries, providing benefit and incentives, evaluating performance, resolving disputes and communicating with all employees at all levels.
If we talk about why human resource management is important? HRM is important to achieve goals of the organization, to utilize skill set of employees successfully, to make available motivated and well trained employees, to maintain quality of work performed.
